UPS Return Instructions
For returning via UPS, please wait for our customer service team to email you a UPS Returns Access Point Label.
If you have submitted this form and not have a response within 48hours, please get in touch with our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0203-848-0800.
Once you have received your UPS Returns Label please prepare the product you are returning as a single parcel, in an unused, resalable condition (with no heading tapes pulled for pencil pleat curtains) and in its original undamaged packaging and labelling. The UPS Returns Label should be on the outer packaging.
UPS Access Point:
UPS Access Point™ Collection, gives you the option to drop-off the package at a local UPS Access Point™, you can search for the closest point here.
After you have shipped your product/s:
Upon receipt into our warehouse, If the quality check is approved, we will confirm with you and process your exchanged item(s) or issue your refund accordingly provided it is in agreement to our terms and conditions.
If your original order benefited from free outward shipping and returning (part of) your order results in the sale value to fall below £99, you will be charged for the outward shipping for the returned products.
Should a product fail its quality check no refund will be made and arrangements for the product to be returned back to you, including any costs incurred, will be with yourself.
We will not apply additional charges for using the Access Point, however, you will be charged £10.00 for Ready Made Curtains and £15.00 for Ready Made Blinds by UPS for their service which we will process on your behalf. The cost of a UPS return will be deducted from the refund amount.
