Online Orders:

Simply navigate to your products using our website, select accordingly, add to basket and checkout.

Once the order is confirmed then you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please always take care to ensure to check the details of your order are correct as we cannot be held liable for information that is entered incorrectly.

Telephone Orders:

If you would like to order by phone, our friendly customer support agents are available between 9am and 8pm weekdays, and between 9am and 6pm on Saturdays. (Calls may be recorded or monitored. Calls are charged at national rates. Please check your phone service provider for details).

Your call will be answered by one of our knowledgeable agents and they will take you through the order process and offer assistance at every step of the way. The customer support agent will repeat all the order details you provided over the phone back to you twice, to confirm these are correct. The agent will inform the customer of where they can find our terms and conditions on the website prior to confirming the order.

We cannot accept claims that any incorrect information may have been entered by our agents and you are advised to check the confirmation email for any inaccuracies upon receipt and let us know immediately if there is something incorrect with your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Pricing:

The price you pay is the price indicated on the website for products and for delivery (where applicable), and also will be listed on your order confirmation email.

All prices are confirmed at the checkout stage and are inclusive of VAT. If there are any pricing errors, you will be contacted to reconfirm or cancel your order.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Payment:

Payment is taken when you confirm the checkout of your order.

We accept major debit and credit cards online and over the phone, customers may also checkout on the website with Paypal. We use a third-party payment provider for card payments, namely SagePay.

By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions set out by SagePay. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Promotions:

Any discounts or promotions we offer are time limited and depend on product availability thus the price of such products may change from time to time.

Promotional codes, discounts and coupons issued by Curtains.com are only valid only for online purchases made at www.curtains.com unless indicated otherwise. A promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts or coupons and only one online discount may be applied to each transaction. All promotional codes must be entered and confirmed prior to payment as this cannot be added thereafter.

Viewing Orders

To view your recent orders, you can log into the “My Account” section of the website and navigate to the “My Orders” section.

Here you will see a list of all your recent orders and can view them in more detail by selecting “View Order” and this will have the information as per the order including the following information:

      Date of your order
      Order number
      Status of order (Either Pending, Dispatched or Completed)
      Delivery address & method
      Billing address & method of payment
      Details of the product you ordered and size
      Itemised pricing of the products

You will also be able to print your order from this page and even reorder the product again.

Updating Account Information

You will need to register for an account on our website and this can be completed in a few easy steps and will handily store information for your next order for your ease.

To modify the details of your account, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section on the website. The following information can be viewed and edited in this section:
